1. About these terms
These terms describe the Aesthera website and its current enquiry features. The website presents clinic information and treatment guides; it is not a patient portal, a live booking system or a substitute for a consultation.
Arrangements for clinical care, consent, fees and follow-up are explained and agreed separately with the treating team. Contact the clinic if you need clarification before submitting an enquiry.
2. Using website information
Treatment descriptions are general educational material. A clinical assessment is needed to discuss diagnosis, suitability, alternatives, risks and an individual treatment plan. Do not start, stop or change treatment because of website content alone.
Some service pages ask visitors to confirm current availability with the clinic. Images labelled as illustrative are not patient outcomes. Information may be corrected or updated as services and guidance change.
3. Appointment requests
When you press “Send appointment request”, the website securely sends the details you entered to care@aesthera360.com through an email-delivery provider. A success message appears only after the provider accepts the request. WhatsApp and telephone contact remain separate alternatives.
Your preferred date, service and doctor do not reserve a slot. Wait for the clinic to confirm the appointment, clinician, exact location and any applicable fee. An enquiry does not establish treatment suitability or provide treatment consent.
4. Fees, changes and cancellations
This website does not take payment or display a live price list. Request the consultation fee and an itemised treatment quotation directly from the clinic before agreeing to proceed.
Contact the clinic to change or cancel a confirmed appointment. Any applicable cancellation period, deposit, no-show charge or refund policy should be provided by the clinic before a payment or commitment is made.
5. Responsible use
Provide accurate contact information and use the enquiry tools only for legitimate requests. Do not impersonate another person, submit unsolicited promotions or attempt to interfere with the website or access information you are not entitled to see.
Keep the first message brief. Do not include medical records, identity documents or private clinical photographs. If you are enquiring for someone else, make sure you have appropriate authority and ask the clinic how to proceed.
6. Content and external services
Website text, branding and photographs may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Do not assume that material may be republished or used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.
