Privacy policy

Understand what you enter, how an appointment request is delivered and what is shared when you choose to contact the clinic.

Last updated 5 September 2026. This page describes the website’s current enquiry and information features. Contact the clinic if you need clarification.

1. What this notice covers

This notice describes the current Aesthera website and its appointment-enquiry flow. It is not a complete notice for medical records, in-person consultations, billing or the clinic’s other systems.

Different privacy information may apply when you become a patient, attend an in-person consultation, make a payment or use another clinic system. Ask the clinic for the relevant information when needed.

2. Information you choose to enter

The appointment form asks for your name and phone number. Email, preferred date, service, doctor and a short note are optional. These details are used to send your enquiry to the clinic and help the team respond about an appointment.

Do not include medical records, diagnostic reports, identity documents, payment details or intimate photographs in the note. Ask the clinic how to share any clinical information needed for a consultation through an appropriate private channel.

3. How the website form works

Form entries are held in the current page’s memory while you complete the form. When you press “Send appointment request”, the browser sends those entries to a protected website endpoint, which asks the email-delivery provider to deliver them to care@aesthera360.com. The website does not create a live appointment or reserve a slot.

A popup form can remain in memory while the popup is closed and reopened on the same page. Refreshing the page normally clears that in-memory state. Your browser’s own autofill or history behaviour is controlled separately by your browser settings.

4. When you contact the clinic

The website uses an email-delivery provider, currently Resend, to deliver submitted form details to care@aesthera360.com. That provider processes the form content and technical delivery information for this purpose. The clinic mailbox provider also processes the received email under its own terms and privacy policies.

If you choose the separate WhatsApp option, the message included in that link is shared with WhatsApp only after you open it and send it there. If you call, your telephone provider participates in the communication. Once received, your enquiry can be used by the clinic to respond and discuss appointment arrangements. The clinic must confirm which staff and providers may access received messages and any onward sharing.

5. Browser storage, hosting and links

The website stores a session-level flag recording whether the timed consultation popup has already appeared or been handled. It does not put your form name, phone number or health information into that flag. No advertising tracker or automatic marketing subscription is implemented in the current website code.

Website hosting and security providers may process technical information such as request details or network identifiers to deliver and protect the service. Their infrastructure and retention settings apply separately; this notice does not claim that all technical data remains on your device.

Some pages include an embedded Google Map. When that map loads, your browser connects to Google and shares technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Google may process cookies or other data under its own policies. Opening the map’s external link also contacts Google.

6. Retention and security

The website does not create its own appointment database record. The email-delivery provider may retain message content and delivery metadata under its settings and policies, and the clinic mailbox may retain the received enquiry. Clearing a form or closing a page does not delete information already submitted.

The clinic determines how long enquiry messages and any later clinical records are retained, who may access them and how deletion is handled subject to applicable obligations. No universal deletion period or guarantee of absolute security is made on this website.

7. Your choices and privacy questions

You can leave optional fields blank, choose not to submit the website form, or contact the clinic by WhatsApp or telephone instead. The website does not make opting into marketing a condition of requesting an appointment.

Contact the clinic to ask about access to, correction of or deletion of information you have shared, or to raise a privacy concern. The clinic may need to verify the request and explain any applicable record-retention obligations. The final notice must specify its approved contact and request-handling process.

8. Children and enquiries for others

A parent or appropriate guardian should contact the clinic about a child’s consultation rather than submitting the child’s sensitive details in this form. The clinic must establish the consent and safeguarding steps required for its services.

This website does not verify age, legal authority or consent for medical treatment. An enquiry for another person must not be treated as permission to access their medical information.

9. Policy updates

This page may be updated whenever the enquiry process, hosting, map, analytics or clinic systems change. The date shown on the page indicates its latest website update.

India’s data-protection framework includes phased commencement arrangements. The clinic should assess the requirements in force for its operations rather than treating this website notice as proof of compliance.

Reference for clinic review

Review the official MeitY data-protection rules and commencement materials when assessing the final notice. This reference is not a certification of compliance.
